Our Guest House is the ideal place to rest, take long walks in nature on foot or on horseback, in the open countryside or along the Dese River.
We are located in Via Emo Prosdocimo at number 3, in the place defined by the writer G. Maccaferri d'Este herself as "THE WAY OF THE HEART." This location once, was an ancient village with a settlement of monks: our house was a Botanical Garden.
We are surrounded by verdant countryside, towering century-old trees, a few farmhouses and historic Venetian villas that all today make the beauty and colors here in harmony with the genuine flavors and fragrances of the past.
In the immediate vicinity are the "Turbine" Mill dating back to 1680 and Villa Benetton, now the Iron Academy, where Maestro Toni Benetton, an internationally recognized iron sculptor, lived and worked for many years. The villa dates back to the 1600s and is surrounded by beautiful magnolia trees and a large Cedar of Lebanon. Today it is home to the museum dedicated to the artist.
Another noteworthy mansion, a short walk away, is Villa Marcello Giustinian dating from the 18th century. The Villa still preserves one of the most beautiful parks in the area, full of centuries-old trees and water features created by diverting the course of the Dese River.
In the immediate vicinity are two equestrian centers where horses can be rented.
Moreover, La Marignana is really strategically located for those who would also like to visit beautiful Venice or charming Treviso, both of which can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Our family will be happy to give you all their support so that your stay will remain truly unforgettable.
